This is Healthy Position in front of the Computer

Computer Position
Proper position when using a computer will have an impact on our health. When using a computer, we sometimes feel tired, sore, especially in the hands, or eyes feel tired. This condition can be caused because we were wrong in our body member positioned in front of the computer.



Here is a healthy position in front of the computer : 

1. Body Position

The Body in an upright position in front of the computer and visibility between the eyes and the monitor about 45-70cm.

2. Computers Position Location

For desktop computer users, adjust the position of the keyboard, monitor, and mouse so that we can get a suitable position for the body.

3. Mouse Usage

Mouse Usage
When using a mouse make sure that the wrist in a position does not hang lower than the mouse. Try to keep its position parallel between the wrist and mouse. Position your fingers try to keep it straight when 'idle'.

4. Keyboard Usage

Keyboard Usage
As to the use mouse, when using the keyboard try to keep it aligned as shown in the picture.
